Grate Plate

The Grate Plate is a ceramic plate used to easily grate garlic, ginger, peppers, nutmeg, and more. The graters are handmade with stoneware c using food safe clay and glazes. The grating surface is softer on your hands so you wont cut your fingers as you would on a traditional metal grater. Each plate comes with a brush, which effectively transfers the grated foods. Also included is a garlic peeler. Simply peel garlic by placing a clove in the middle of the silicon tube, gently press down and run hands forward and backwards to remove the skin on the garlic.
